While the facility and staff are nice, their rate policy sucks. They increase the rent every 9 months!!! They don't increase your space or services. Steer clear!
Don't take the first month free because they will not refund your money back for one time fee and the insurance. When I got there to the place on June 9, and they said, they will refund my money, if I move out before my due date. Just pay for the money up front, and if you rental a locker or storage unit. The customer service is okay. The insurance is $10.00 a month vs $6.99 at u-haul insurance.
