I have been storing my shizzz at this place for almost 1.5 years and they have been AMAZING!!!! I loved and have a free unit at my new place. I called and they canceled out my account no problem. When my payment didn't go through they would call me and ask me how they could help. They were amazing all around. Love this place. If I need storage again. I WILL come back. Thank you so much. ***I did have a rate raise one time of $3 and I called about it and they didn't ever raise it again.***

We have had two large spaces in this facility for over a year... It is clean and safe and always available! We felt like the price was very competitive for a secure, climate controlled unit for our belongings. I would highly recommend extra space storage in Farmington!
Although the facility is clean and the gentleman who runs this location is very nice, be aware that Extra Space Storage plays rate increase games. I have just received my second notice of a rate increase in the last 4 months. If you use this company, make it a VERY short stay. Started at a promo-rate 8 months ago for a 10x20 at $125 a month. 4 months ago that changed to $178 per month. In 5 days that rate is again going up to $258 a month. Criminal.

Be careful! Shady business practice. It is a very clean and well kept facility, but after only renting for 4 months they raised the price from $65 to $75. I called to dispute it, and to say I was never told that a price increase could happen when I signed for the unit... their response was "if you had asked about that, I would have told you." Kind of important to tell customers their price will increase up front. It also happened to my mother in law (we started renting separate units at the same time).
