I love this Extra Space Storage Location! They always do everything they can to help their customers. I always recommend to my friends to go to Extra Space Storage & this location because of how they treat their customers. Shelly does such an excellent job and so does Derek.

This was the easiest process I've ever had to complete. The unit is spacious, clean and well lit. The staff was amazingly accommodating, no surprise fees, etc.. I was assisted by the Asst Mgr Derek (He was awesome)

From the first phone conversation with Pete of ExtraSpace Storage, to my driving away having installed all my "stuff" in the locker, I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience. Customer service was excellent and the locker was clean and convenient, just as Pete had described on the phone. I would highly recommend this facility.

This Abingdon location is great. The employees are exactly the type of people you want to wait on you. They are not slackers, they are sharp, smart, on the mark knowledgeable, good listeners and great workers. Outstanding service in every respect.
