We rented a unit at this location for nearly two years without incident. When we moved out this week the manager was so helpful and nice. She was always around when we had questions or needed help with anything. I never expected to encounter a manager like this in a nice quiet storage facility, but she was absolutely awesome! Thank you for all of your help, you were a hugely memorable part of our moving experience!!
Our time renting with this storage unit was very good. A couple rate increases, but nothing too high. Buildings are very well kept and climate controlled. Upon move out, the manager was incredibly present and helpful. Regrettably I did not catch her name, but she was so kind and personable and she offered to help us with anything we may need, and even offered to help us load our belongings! I've had a great experience so far with the team at Extra Space on Dublin/Union. This is my first experience with using storage and the crew has been very nice and helpful. The storage units are nice and clean and the provided carts make moving in much easier. I'm glad I signed up here.
I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Their manager was fantastic. When I moved in to my space there was snow right outside of the entrance so I went to the office and asked the manager to salt the area and in seconds she was putting salt out. Extra Space was so easy and convenient and I loved the app that gave a digital entry, no long codes to get in an out.
If anyone is looking for a storage unit/ business I would highly recommend coming here! Sarah the store Manger knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable and kind. Nothing but great customer service when choosing Extra space storage!
