I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Cierra. She is truly amazing and very sweet. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She showed me around, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The facility is also exceptionally clean. I booked a space and am very happy with it. I highly recommend this storage facility. Cierra thanks for your top notch customer service!!!!!

I have been talking to Cierra the location manager. She is always very prompt to answer and with a huge smile. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I asked about switching to a larger unit and she was able to provide me with detailed info to be prepared for the big move. Thank you!

I have never received such good customer service from a company. Moving is hectic, per usual, so I forgot I hadn't set up my autopay and they would CALL ME to remind me I was going to have a late charge The morning after I picked up my lock, they called to confirm that I had the lock and that it had not been stolen. I just hadn't loaded the unit yet. The morning after emptying my unit, they again reached out to me to confirm that I had moved my belongings out of the unit. After confirming a unit Emilie walked me through the steps to complete the booking process with ease. I don't think any of it could have been easier, or any more professional. Thank you Emilie! The site itself is in a very convenient location, and is very well kept. Overall I found the property to be secure. Something I personally think is important is that it is well lit at night. Large fencing, cameras, locking gates all play their role too. I was also able to easily drive my truck with a trailer right up to my locker.

This location is great! I had an issue with my personal lock and Elitza was such a help. It was already a stressful situation because my keys had been stolen. Elitza was super helpful and really nice about the whole ordeal. I know for sure our belongings are safe here because not only is security tight, but the people working here know what they're doing. Our belongings have been at this location for about a year now and we're really satisfied with the service and the space.

The employees have bad communication and no knowledge of the contracts I was told that I would be able to work on my car in the storage unit by the receptionist, however when I do start working on my car another employee comes and tells that I can't and is extremely rude. At this point the car is already taken apart and it is not drivable. So I am forced to get my car towed to another location. The price of $250 a month for a unit is absurd with terrible customer service and rude and unknowledgeable employees.
