Tina was warm and welcoming. She helped me find the best price and storage space size when I got there she helped give me directions to find my spot at different times. She helped me get access when I couldn’t figure out how to use the app to get the access code and then she showed me where to find the code on the app. She facilitated when price changes came and she facilitated with customer service explaining the process of the storage unit and she assisted on move out day to make sure that that process went as soon as smoo... read more
I've used many locations all over. Tina was by far the most personable staff member we have met in a while. I'd have all my units there if we were closer!
We had our stuff in a storage unit here for 35 days and our furniture is COVERED in mold and everything else was exposed. Absolutely awful and disgusted.
We had a nice experience with Tina. My parents moved to a local independent living apartment and we are using this facility for their extra items. After my initial booking, the manager called to discuss my needs and helped us get a larger unit that was closer to the elevator at a similar price. Very friendly, helpful and proactive.
