The facility manager, Carmen is just so wonderful to work with, from the moment we talked on the phone, to signing the lease and unit showing. Great customer service, very genuine, and you can tell that she cares about the tennants and the facility, which by the way probably the cleanest of all storage facilities I have ever seen.
