The site manager, Amanda, is excellent! She showed us our unit, explained everything we needed to know, answered our questions and was so friendly. This was especially helpful since we had just had a less than perfect experience with another local storage company. The fact that the site has someone on site everyday except Sunday , and has surveillance cameras, gives us a sense of added security. We have been a customer of Extra Soace for quite sometime. Bounced around to different locations. This location is by far our favorite. Friendly staff and love the loading area with the carts in the front.

Service was great no complaints. The only reason we left is because the price increase this would be the second price increase since we started with them. But the service and unit was great no complaints there. I would return in the future if the prices decreased. For now I'm storing my Belongings in my garage.

Clean good sized storage units, front desk lady was extremely helpful. It was easy to unload our items and get them up to our unit, trolleys available to use.
