I have had the smallest storage unit with Extra Storage since the Harvey Floods. As a senior with mobility problems I need the unit. The cost has gone up 3 times without notification. Recently in May, I paid $77; without notifying me, I was charged $92 in June. Because I pay by bank draft, this seems like suspicious conduct to me. The unit manager says corporate handles all transactional arrangements. No contact information available. I do not recommend them.☹️
