The customer was great! The process of getting my unit was quick and easy. The lady who helped me through the process was awesome! She also helped me to find a better deal than the online reservation I had made!
The facility is nice and clean, the staff is nice, but BEWARE RATE INCREASES from the corporate office! They are often and they are substantial. Our initial rate went up 150% after the 3 month promo rate! The manager was nice and tried to work with us, but we did not expect such an increase and ended up selling our camper after less than a year due to the high cost of storage when we based our initial assessment on a much smaller ANNUAL rate increase and their rates increase every handful of months. Lou, I had very positive experience with Lou, the staff at Extra Spice He is very helpful with excellent customer service. He explained the contract and gave me a favorable rental fee of the unit. I will gladly recommend this rental company without any hesitation. 5 stars all the way.
UPDATE: Kudos to Extra Space. We just recently moved out because we did not need it anymore as we fully completed our moving of apartments. Loved the fact that we could cancel anytime without any extra cancellation fees. Month to month is so handy! If we ever need a unit again we will use this location. Friendly staff! Christin was great and helped us get 2 units close together when we were moving in even though we originally could not get two close by each other upon first booking.
