On my first visit, I was shown the locker and was informed I needed to use their lock provided. I had brought one as I was told we could use our own. Not true. Second issue is the storage units all look alike and finding your unit was difficult as it seemed like you were in a maze. Third, no signs on finding the elevator. So I took the closest exit down from the third floor and it lead to an outside exit at the side of the building. I walked back up three flights and found I was locked out.
