Terrible experience with this facility. I had mold in my lower level unit due to an issue they had in the building and loss thousands of dollars of possessions. I had the insurance that extra storage offered and it excludes mold so I received no reimbursement!! The faculty offered me larger unit on main level due to my loss and stated they would hold my rate of the small unit. In less than a year they doubled my rent and increased to the actual rate.
