It is one of the finest people. I've met since I moved here from Chicago. He's always has. A smile and helped me find a unit for my needs. You don't feel like just a customer when talking to him. There should be more people like him. I hope he stays in this location.

Ed was truly accommodating and helpful as far as explaining to us what we need as far as renting the right size of the storage unit we need for our household goods. I.love the idea of being able to drive up to the storage unit, which makes storing our furniture so convenient.

Ed and Jess were very Helpful and knowledgeable about their services and my needs and did a great job getting us in and settled in our unit. They transferred our service from an indoor unit to a drive up one effortlessly .
