Ashanti was very helpful in getting everything ready for move in on the same day. When we called the 800 number on Sunday to ask questions they said they were putting a reservation in for us to hold a unit for us for 1 to 2 weeks but they did not do that. Ashanti was at the location where we needed the unit and she took care of everything for us and she was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Very good customer service!
My experience with extra space storage was great. I found the unit wanted and within minutes had to code to access the unit. The lease was sent by email for me to sign and review. Ashanti at the desk was great and very helpful.

Full disclosure, excellent search of all nearby Extra Space units for exactly the one I needed, and very friendly and helpful. Donald even gave me a cold bottle of water from his personal stash.
