Was not made aware of any handicapped units. I would have liked to have known ahead of time the unit was on the second floor as I have a disability and using the lift is cumbersome. The young lady, Asia, was extremely helpful however and assisted me.

I don't think that this place is a scam - it's a decent enough location and the staff is fine, but the insurance, which I don't want or need is MANDATORY and not cheap - I have probably paid half...
