My experience here at The Extra Space storage has been awesome. Justin who runs the front office of the store on Commerce drive in Murray is wonderful to work and do business with. He has a great welcoming attitude. He is very understandable and trys to accommodate you to your needs as best he can. His customer service is phenomenal. Overall my experience with The Extra Space Storage has been everything I've needed and I would recommend anybody to rent a unit through the company.
The absolute best storage facility! Clean, professional, helpful with every little question. Justin has been so great! This place is top notch and the price is so good. The feel like I will sleep at night knowing my valuables are secure!
This location is great! I have had a unit there for 3.5 years and love it. It’s completely safe and secure and climate controlled. Justin is the manager there and he is truly the absolute BEST!!!! He is so friendly and always willing to help out however he can. He helped me set up my unit and has helped me through the years. He’s amazing and deserves a raise!! He’s the best part of the facility and the facility is great!
This place is incredible! Justin is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional; and he knows his job extremely well. He was able to assist me with assessing my needs, and he came up with a better solution than I had anticipated, which saved me money. The facility is clean, safe, and most importantly secure. Access to the facility is straightforward and easy, and they have extremely convenient hours of operation. I highly recommend this business!
Justin was very helpful and explained all the details to me. I have been here for 5 years now, and when my 5X10 wasnt a good fit anymore, Justin hooked me up with a 10X10 without issues. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend. Ps they also have moving supplies for purchase, rolling carts to help haul belongings, good cameras and security, and are extremely friendly!
