Lyn, at the South Haven Street location in Baltimore, has been immensely patient and helpful with our exceedingly complicated move into that storage facility. Our move involved multiple people, required several change orders and numerous long difficult phone calls. She even arranged extra storage on the fly when we realized that we had underestimated our need. The facility was easily accessed, secure, clean, and well lit; exactly as advertised.

Very easy process signing up for a storage unit. Lynn helped us out and even stayed 20 minutes after closing to make sure we were able to sign up for a storage unit. She’s amazing!

Extra Space Storage in Canton is absolutely, without a doubt, the best storage facility I’ve ever seen. Everything inside is immaculate. We were helped by Joann, who was not only informative and helpful, but friendly as well. To anyone living in the Canton area, I can’t recommend this space enough. Great sized units for a very reasonable rate!

I love the many sizes that are available. I’m currently renting out 10x 30 and I use that to store and ship out my inventory. I also rent out a 5x7 to store my packing supplies.. The units are next to each other. Customer service is great.
