First of all, I only saw the unit when I came in to move my items in. I felt that I had no choice but to settle and take the unit since I was there with movers and a truck full of boxes and furniture. Well... How do I begin. I have never seen such a dirty disgusting storage facility. Inside of the unit I was assigned was so much dirt, rat poison and a bag full of trash. Customer service is good but the grounds are filthy saw a dead mouse. Mouse droppings. It’s only going to get worse unless they intervene
