The rental application was super easy! Jeremy the manager took the time to make sure I got the right rental size. He was concise in his explanations and so nice over the phone!
Extra space is clean, well lit and easily accessible. Jeremy (the site manager) is helpful and courteous. We called the company because we couldn't find an answer we needed on the website. He told us there were no units available the size we were looking for but that he could contact the site and put us on the list to be called if one opened up. They called within a week.
