This is my first time renting from any location but the manager that was on duty made my experience for the first time "excellent". Some of the questions that I want to ask but didn't ask. She told me the answer and it really was what I was looking for, I was confused at the time, but didn't know what to ask. She's very knowledgeable of her job. Thanks

Easy onboarding process.
Only because the Mgr. Stepped in and fixed what was wrong. She was very Professional. I so appreciated her correcting my problem to make it easier for me to get to my u it with my mobility issues. She put me right at the elevator. Which is what I asked upon speaking to one of 2 other people at the front desk. So I am a Happy New Customer.
