I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Hiram. Rachel the site manager, is a breath of fresh air. Her customer service is skills are like no other. Every company needs to hire her to train on the ability to make customers feel like family and how to keep a always clean & smelling wonderful site. They were a little higher then some other places, but I will ay that higher price as long as Rachel is there, she truly makes it worth it. Thank you Rachel for everything you do.10 stars if I could.

I have been rented a lot in time. The last storage place I rented from, was a terrible experience.
