Zero stars!!! Am I seriously the only person that’s appalled by their ridiculous increases $$$$$$$$$. Actually talking with a live person or someone who you can understand or get any answers in truly impossible! The only person we have spoken with cannot answers questions due to “their system has been down for months”! I’ve not written many reviews in my lifetime, but this is worst company I’ve ever attempted to work with! Previous owners customer service and prices were amazing!!
Would have given a better score. facilities are very well kept. Value is a problem. Signed an agreement and received a note for 47% increase a few months later. finally they agreed to only raise my price 33%. It's 14 months after I first moved into storage and we are now paying 60% higher than original. ok if you only need a couple months but we are constructing a home and once they have you in there, they know it's hard for you to leave. Pretty much disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
