RecommendedRented small storage space for the summer for my daughter’s dorm apartment. Everything was great, space was the perfect size and super clean. The entire rental process was smooth, pricing was great and all employees were more than helpful. Would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage and will absolutely rent from them again.

Like all new things, it started off great. Once they were in town for awhile, they doubled their rates. Staff was great, facility was always clean and accessibility was great. However, doubling rates on a small unit didn’t make sense for us. Maybe double them for new clients, not the existing ones. We would still be there if they handled it that way.

I feel that they go out of their way to try and help you the best way that they can. I am moving into our new place this weekend and they was able to make sure that I was able make my payment so that I can start moving my furniture out of the storage units that I rented. They also gave me until Monday, that was I am able to get everything out over the weekend. I know that when I need another storage unit, I will be calling them first.

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been amazing. They have been helpful every step of the process of renting a storage unit. Kristen is wonderful and has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond when I had an unexpected personal issue getting to the storage unit. She’s the best and I’ll always use them when I rent storage units in the future.

Mostly I just deal with the worker Brian. He is awesome, I literally never have any issues with the service or cleanliness of the units, he makes sure everything completely up to par!!! Great service here
