The people at Extra Space Storage, Ericka in particular, were VERY, very helpful. We had a tricky move with two trucks arriving in the Twin Cities at different times and Ericka made the whole thing work. We were in Colorado at the time of the unloading and the whole thing went very smoothly without us! Thank you Ericka.
