Very helpful and super informative. Customer service is top notch. The building and units are very clean. Gates and codes easy to use. Will definitely recommend and use again.
Bias and condescending behavior to customer and petty targeting behavior to certain types of customers they deem beneath them is horrible. I've been a customer with extra space for 3 years Im NOT coming back. They need to get new staff, the facility is great for the most part. If you need long term use I'll go elsewhere because the rate increases every 90 days $30-40 on Average. For short term use great company to use. Excellent storage facility! I would know, I have rented many in my lifetime. The place is clean, safe, and well staffed. Employees are always on site, very helpful, and address and issues promptly!
I have had a unit here for several months and have had a wonderful experience. When I needed to transfer to a smaller unit, Denise in the office was extremely helpful. I look forward to continuing to rent here!
