Beware the bait and switch. Go online to the Better Business Bureau and you will find hundreds of complaints about this Utah-based vendor. Within two months of my move-in, my storage charge doubled. When I protested, I was told that under Massachusetts law this was a month-to-month lease and they could charge as much as they wanted. I was also told that the new charge was the "market rate" despite the fact that I was able to send them current advertising (online and less than an hour old) with rates for the same unit belo... read more
