The managers are out-of-this-world. I had been an Extra Space Storage client in the Philadelphia (PA) area before. so I knew I was receiving quality. This time, however, my storage need was more complicated, because I was planning a move for myself from Florida to Mexico and I wanted possessions (55 boxes and assorted other paraphernalia) to be within driving distances of family members. Absolutely abhorrent. A non-operational elevator for over a month! Nobody informed the renters. The district manager is completely incapable of getting it fixed. Creating huge disruption and inconvenience. What a shameful facility.
