2020 Proline Trailer and Polaris snowmobile was stolen off your "secure" lot within the last 2 weeks. No one at your company to report incident except police. This is after you increased our rent from $65 to $151 (renegotiated to $117) by mailing a cheap postcard hiding the increase. Trailer had padlock which thieves had enough time to cut while "someone" was monitoring the facility
