RecommendedI would like to say that Trish at the Somersworth location was very helpful and understanding when I came to rent a storage unit. Unfortunately my plans had fallen through to relocate when I sold my house and I needed to put my belongings somewhere. She got me a unit and made it very painless. With my closing coming up quickly and only able to find a small apartment, I found myself back at Extra Space to rent another unit. Trish found me one and again made the process very painless. RecommendedAlways professional and understanding i had some life issues come up on the last days to move out and i needed a couple extra days they had no problem giving me a couple days and not charging me for another month if i ever need another unit i will be going back to extra space.

Horrible customer service! Would not recommend. Very rude and disrespectful. Manager has no customer service skills. They will continuously raise your rent once you sign a contract was raised on us 4 times!!
I had a very unpleasant interaction with the office manager in Somersworth, NH, who I tried to speak with. I had gone into the office with my son to talk about his bill and make a payment. I wanted to ask her some questions and talk to her and give her some feedback about the Somersworth facility. She told me she would not talk to me as I was not a customer and dismissed me. She said she had a telephone conversation with my son on Tuesday and put the call on speakerphone so anyone in the office could hear. (privacy issue?). ... read more
