Gary helped me out a lot with my questions, he really went the extra mile. I found a place that was a little bit cheaper but still went with you guys bc of the awesome customer support i got from Gary at the woodstock location. Thanks a lot and i will return in the future.

I have been a tenant since February 2020 when it was CubeSmart. Had no issues staff at CubeSmart in fact it's management staff was great. In August 2021 I received notice of my first rate increase about 25% this was about same time that Extra Space Storage took over. I thought that was a high jump but not long after that I got notice in December that Extra Space Storage was again raising rates by $80 another 63%) my rent has now doubled!
