Moved into a storage unit today. I got a great rate on a 5x10 for four months. Scott took care of me once I got onsite for a tour, my lease signing and move in. He was great. Very proficient, patient, and pleasant. The facility was spotless and climate controlled. Very easy pleasant process.

My experience was great! Gary and Steph in the office were so kind and patient. I had to look at a few sizes to finally pick the right size, but I was never rushed.

Honestly, I do not recommend this storage company. I rented a 10x12 for $150/month. Six months later they jumped my rent to $190. Six months after that they jumped my rent to $226/month. The customer service rep said they can keep going higher and higher with no limit. Its a scam.

They took over this building from Cubesmart a few months ago and their first order of business, raise the prices. Not 20 or 30 bucks but a whopping $80 a month!! I am a student and have limited income but there is "nothing they can do" to help. Nice building but it's hard to see past that when a company has no regard for their customers. It's not like I'm using more power or resources...my stuff is just sitting in a space lol I still don't understand the reasoning of being charged that much more.

This is for Janice in Jasper.. I too have storage at the Woodstock GA Extra Space Storage... starting back with Cube Smart in Feb 2020... We got a rate increase back in August about the time Extra Space took over and now the $80 so my rent has more that doubled. Question... did you sign the new contract with Extra Space?

This new company has purchased the Cube Smart where we first acquired an account. They randomly and without notice increased the price by $80. There was a time that would have devastated my bank account. Thankfully I could roll with it momentarily till I make other arrangements. There should be legislation to limit substantial increases with no notice. This is treacherous for this company to treat their clients like this.
