Great property for every celebratory occasion.. I've been there twice. Last night for a 75th Birthday party. The food is exceptional with a variety of package options for a small group or large corporate event. Every aspect of the property is 5 stars. Coatroom, bathrooms, lobby all speak executive level. The wedding I attended was huge for over 250 guests and the food, staffing, and service is absolutely amazing. The 4 star rating is because of the limited parking. Don't fall for the slick move like I did. Signed up got a nice unit for 92$. Then boom after the first 3 months rate shot up almost double to 158$ after you get well and settled in. You miss a payment and there goes your items. So proceed with caution ⚠️
This place is a rip off. Reserved a unit online and then went into the office to pay. The employee at the Lansing, IL location told me you cannot pay in the store you must pay online because the unit was reserved online. Then tried to pay online and was told by the online rep that I can pay in the store and now my reservation has expired and now the price is higher. Save your money, reserving a unit means nothing!
