I have had a great experience with Extra Space in Sudbury. The building is brand new. You can drive into the building which is extremely convenient. The price for my unit is very reasonable. Nick in the office is very polite and easy to work with.

Absolute scumbags. They have a nice facility but raise your storage unit's price every 3 months. The moron in the office told me: "they need to make money". A joke. Go to North Framingam or Marlborough for half the price and less BS. My lowest rating ever.
BUGS and COST. Very polite office staff. Nick is both Courteous and helpful! I was there three or so months. The unit was clean when I moved in. I laid out sticky bug traps as I did NOT want bugs moving into my new home. Plenty of crawling bugs were caught. Their prices are not competitive with a similar facility just down the Road. If you look you can get cheaper rates.

I signed up for a 10' x 15' for $204/month a few months ago. Yesterday I got a postcard that says "our rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on current market conditions...your rate will increase to $248", a $44/month increase! Talk about bait and switch. If you check their site now, it still says $204! They pull you in and then raise your rates a few months later. SAD!
