DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRASPACE.COM - They doubled my rent after 5 months. This CORPORATE COMPANY is VERY SHADY, after 56 years of life I have NEVER had a company be so deceptive and do me so wrong. My rent doubled after 5 months of renting. Here is what they will point to in your signed documentation - "Customer's Rental Terms May Change with 30 Days' Notice." I've been a customer with ExtraSpace Storage since 2016 (since before it was even purchased by/rebranded to ExtraSpace). I go there maybe 4 times a year to pack and unpack holiday decorations, and other than that, just pay my bill and have never had any issues.
