I'm impressed! I called the location and Mari was away from the front desk. She said she would call me back. I didn't have high hopes. 20 min later my phone rang - it hapened! That's my favorite type of customer service - someone did what they said they were going to do. She helped resolve my issue very quickly. Thank you, Mari, for being amazing!

I had a unit in Duluth that was flooded a few weeks ago. The entire complex was declared a total loss. The folks at Extra Space got me a new unit in Sandy Springs. They made the transition smooth, and easy for me. Charlie, their manager for this site has been most helpful. Greatly appreciate all the help.

READ THE FINE PRINT, THE PROMOTIONS ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC!!! I was very pleased when I moved in in December 2024 and we are now in March and I received a letter that my promotional was ending in March. My new rate almost doubled and there was no information at the time I signed up that ratesc would change withina fewmonths. I expected to see a hike at the end of my first year, but not this bait and switch tactic. I read over my lease and found the little clause in fine print. The girl working the front desk is rude and unprofessional. I walked by with my dog I live in the neighborhood since 2003. she banged on the window and was making hand gestures at me. then she came out of the store to tell me that I couldn't walk there with my dog. With a hostile attitude I said no its the sidewalk and I will walk there. I know she hates dogs by the way she stared at my dog.
