I went online to purchase my storage unit. It was very easy. The storage was very clean. The next day I got a chance to talk to the manager about the cylinder lock, inwhich they had not drilled the holes for, because the units were brand new. He offered a refund, I said no, I would just like to have a lock. He gave me one and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall customer service was great.

Checking in was no problem! Place was clean and easy to access. I was told whenever I'm moving out to just pack up and leave the door left up. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that if I was going to move out in the middle of the month that I needed to let them know 10 days before billing. READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT because I didn't. Unfortunately sometimes moving is unexpected. i did a online rental made the payment but was denied access. never got a call from anyway they just took my money i called no one answer. i don't know why it say get access and everything if u do it online but that's not true i was restricted from my own unit i never ever been too i just want a refund i called customer service they say everything on its on they store end just a bad experience i will never rent or recommended this to anyone unless u have money to throw away
