Bradley was extremely helpful and communicative when it came to having to repair my storage unit door. He was thorough in explaining the process of repairs, and made me feel secured and confident in leaving my stuff here during the repairs as it required allowing the staff to have access to my unit. We know how nerve wrecking that could be but Bradley provided excellent service and the repairs were attended to in a timely matter.

I contacted Billy about a rate adjustment due to my unit increasing in price. He was incredibly helpful and plans to follow up and do whatever he can in hopes of getting that taken care of. Very friendly and personable. He seems like a great guy.

I. Usally dont do reviews, except when someone is exceptionally nice and helpful. I was looking for a place and was skeptical i have been in some shady other places. To my surprise I entered your business and it was exceptionally clean and the young lady was very helpful and really knowledgeable. I will surely let everyone know where to go from now on. I've used this extra space storage twice and both experiences have been great. The staff is really responsive and helpful, and the spaces are clean and secure.

Should have been a red flag that all of the recent reviews were a year ago. We chose this place because of all the positive reviews and the high rating. First off, no elevators, most of the time there were no carts either. When they did have carts, the handles were all broken and would come right out the second you try to move. The units are not lit, only the halls, and they're on timers so if you take more than 45 seconds to get in and out of your unit the place goes dark. If I could give Zero Stars I would, they never give notice of closures, EVER! And give no time frame on when we can access our stuff. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!
