I had a great experience here. The staff was consistently professional, informed, easygoing, service driven, and friendly. My move to the neighborhood was rocky, but seeing their friendly faces every day made life a little easier. I give them stellar marks. Thank you for your service.

I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for storage. The customer service was phenomenal and the employees were friendly and professional. They answer any and all questions, and they gave me a great experience.

I didn't work much with the staff but overall they seemed friendly and the facilities had a parking lot in the back making it easily accessible. My low review has to do with the fact that 1) the cost of the rental went up from just over $300 a month to over $500 a month over a 18 month period 2) the ceiling is crumping which fell over our belongings and 3) all of our belongings, including our furniture, were covered in moths meaning we had to clean EVERYTHING to prevent further damage. MANAGER IS A THIEF!!! We had won a storage auction on Storagetreasures.com and when we got there to claim it the guy up front was SKETCHED OUT. He was stumbling over his words and walking around the front lobby seeming to look for something, when all I did was ask him to open the gate for us. I got the vibe that we weren't supposed to be there. We quickly found out why he was acting like that after we paid and he opened the unit for us. EVERYTHING we bid on the unit for was MISSING. If I could give less than one star to this place I absolutely would! They deserve nothing but to be closed down!! This is the SHADIEST storage facility you will ever go to. I won a storage unit on storagetreasures.com and drove almost 45 minutes to this facility to claim my things from the unit.
