There was a very complicated issue regarding the rented storage unit. When at the storage facility, the manager, Stephanie, was very professional, pleasant, helpful, detailed, and patient; she explained everything that was needed to find a resolution with the storage matter. The process was quick and simple. Although the final pricing is is not available until reservation time (+admin fee +insurance), the prices are very competitive. I also like the transparency with the options to get the best deal possible based on your own needs. This location's manager, Stephanie, was great with the onboarding experience.
