Unit was on the third floor which would be no problem with an elevator. Elevator has been out of service since at least May 2025 and possible as far back as December 2024 with no plans for fixing. Attendant had no idea when elevator would be fixed and never did the rep on the Extra Space chat. Unit was also full of glass upon move in. Suggest you find another storage unit elsewhere as this place is just a money grab with minimal attention paid to the facility
