Made me pay hundreds in extra fees with no exception or understanding of circumstances. Unit is outdated and elevator never works. if you are a college student or anyone in the area, do not go here!!!
Do not rent with this company! Their policy is 'month-to-month,' no contract. They will raise your rent arbitrarily until you cannot afford it, charge absurd fees, and then sell your items! This is one of the most predatory businesses I have encountered in years! Read the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints first!! DO NOT RENT HERE! (The low monthly 'web' rates are only to get you in and then increase dramatically! $57 intro to $150!! Same space same unit!! Scam!)
