It's the end of a long work day and nearly closing time on a Saturday when I was nicely greeted and welcomed with a smile from Store Mgr. Carissa. She was incredibly patient, giving full attention in listening to my circumstances and storage needs. She made helpful and considerate suggestions, took me out into the property to show me a unit, then kindly walked me through the amenities and guidelines right through the subsequent signing of all paperwork in completing the service agreement. This place is a rip off. Your rent goes up a few times a year $100 or more. The manager is a very rude man. Best too stay away.

10'x8'units are falsely advertised. Actual size is a full foot shorter (10x7'). I asked for another available unit when I discovered this, but they all measure 7' (one full foot shorter than advertised). When I brought this up to the manager the end of last year they said they would correct it. The unit descriptions still remain unchanged, prices are the same. Buyer beware. look for another storage. this place is bad. both elevators are constantly out of service, i had to go up and down five times a three-story building carrying things, and when i tried to contact the office no one would answer. also not to mention the pricing ..... also, management says no overnight parking on site, but there are always two-three cars on site

This location is poorly run. Top notch service as claimed to be provided and or strived for has NEVER been the case since Extra Space taken over facility. On site Manager is rude, unprofessional and has ZERO tact; doesn't return calls and has a personal camera set up in living quarters alerting that customers are on site who are then avoided. These guys are ripping people off. Their rate increases are insane, raising fees $200 over a year. $330 for a 10x12.5 not a chance! Another customer lost!

When this storage company was run by old management and previous owner there were no issues. Since it has switched to Extra Space there has been multiple issues. First, the elevators; either one or the other has been broken. One elevator has been broken now for almost a month. The inside of the elevators are dirty and smear marks seem to never disappear off the walls. The floors of the storage unit never seemed to be swept. My wife and I move things in and out of our storage and dust and particles are always flying around.... read more
