If I could give 0 stars I would. My unit was broken into and items stolen. The site took two weeks to contact me to inform me of the break in. I was only informed of the two week gap in notice once I contacted an officer with Charlotte Mecklenburg police department who informed me of the actual date of break in. Upon contacting the location back they informed me that I was the only one who was not contacted due to their mistake, another lie told due to the officer informing me that I was the first customer to contact him and... read more
I originally gave them a 5 star rating because of the friendly staff and relatively nice facility for trailer parking, and the "initially" relatively acceptable rental rate. Unfortunately, they baited me in with a reasonable cost for storing my trailer, only to increase my rent by something around 60 or 70% within about 2 months or less. Bait and switch. They will say they sent you a 'mailer' and double your rate. Nothing you can do about it. Shady business practice. Do not rent here.

Lovely place if you are down to have your rental price doubled every year. I moved in almost as soon as this facility opened, and will be moving out in less than a year as my rental price has MORE THAN DOUBLED. Absolutely terrible. The gate and access doors are frequently broken and the "temperature controlled environment" is usually the same if not hotter than outside. If you have money to blow, this storage unit is the one for you.
