Storage facility that was previously locally owned. Bought out by a large corporate outfit from back east a while back. Just got hit with a $75/month increase on my unit on top of a sizable increase last year under the new ownership. Was told they increase the prices so high "because they can", not because they bring value. It's a metal unit that I have my stuff in, not climate controlled no chandelier Champagne or caviar being served. I can't afford this. Puts me in a bind. These are not good people. Minus 100 stars.
