Luv this place! Why because I travel a lot and have to store a lot of files for business and other household things that don't fit in my super expensive tiny condo lol- I'm hardly in Hawaii but when I return I always bring back something that I either bought or was given to me and I like to keep my place clutter free so I have it stored till it's needed at this conveniently AC unit! It's not cheap but I can say it's super clean and they maintain it well, had no issues with bugs and that's my biggest concern! I can sit there ... read more

New facility! William & Gilbert were so knowledgeable and guided me as to what size storage I would need based on my household goods etc...Offered me a few different options, including promotions. They were very clear on what the terms were, what I will be paying, move out info etc....I am confident my items will be safe and their transparency is what sold me.

Since Will and Barry took over it's been the best. Customer service is on point. It's nice to feel apart of the family with these to guys around hope they stay here they've been the best to work with. Both have plenty aloha! Mahalos Braddah Will and Braddah Barry .

I have nothing but great things to say about Extra Space Storage. Not only do they help me whenever I need anything, but Barry put in the extra time to help us with taxes this year and gave us a great report of what we spent on storage for 2023. These guys are the best!

This review is for the Extra Space storage on Olowalu Street. Units are nice and clean, and well thought out and engineered. Also the management is amazing! Miah has been so professional, friendly and helpful! Definitely the best storage units and management I've ever encountered!

I started my contract when it was still Great American Self Storage. They were awesome with the nicest, most helpful ladies in the office. It was very clean and I had no issues. Extra Space bought them and I received no notice of not only my rent increasing (despite my fairly new contract at a certain price), but the monthly insurance charge more than doubled.
