Getting ready to sell our house and we have a lot of excess furniture that needed to get out of the way. I looked at many but this was the best deal. They had it ready within minutes even after hours. So convenient and easy. My two favorite things.

I have used this storage facility since mid 22'. It has changed ownership since but anytime an issue had come up it has always been resolved in a simple phone call. Recently I had a very high price increase. Now I live out in AZ so I don't have the leisure to drive down there and get my things out of there and into another facility with a more reasonable storage fee. I was very satisfied with the Extra Space storage in East Long meadow. Silk, the manager was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, and, honestly helped in a very tight, difficult and stressful situation. I am very impressed with his services and demeanor. You really do not find good customer service anymore! He was truly amazing.
Silk was very pleasant and detailed from the initial phone call to the booking for the storage unit. Very professional and a must recommend if you ar win East Longmeadow or nearby towns.
