We moved our storage from public storage to Extra Space, we had several small bumps in the process but the caretaker was incredibly helpful every time. I cannot recommend this location enough.

What a great experience! Caretaker Bryan was super helpful with determining what size unit I needed, and he honored the special prices being advertised. I even got a free lock. Extra Space Storage on Ore Mill Road has the best rates, nicest units (Bryan had just cleaned the one I picked), great staff during the day, and appears to be well secured and monitored at night. So glad I came here; I got twice the square footage for the same price at another Westside storage I used in the past. Highly recommend!

I stored household goods here for a move about 20+ years ago and had a great experience (items safe, clean, and same condition as left) so I thought I'd come back. The location is convenient to my home for easy access. I had a great experience booking the unit for Feb. 2023, the representative, Alex, was very helpful in determining the unit size needed and we were set up for rental in a few minutes.
