Customer service was amazing, I would recommend this location to friends and family. I only plan on pricing unit but the promotion was too good to pass up.

I highly recommend using this facility. The online sign-up process could not have been any easier, the rates are great, and the lease terms are fair. The building has just been renovated, so it is super clean, well-lit, safe, and secure. I also want to specifically shout out the Store Manager, Atimoha. He was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Predatory. Their model is to lure customers in with false advertising (one free month that turns out to be paying more in advance), have a salesperson talk you into renting at a reasonable rate, and then double the rate a few months in. When I got this unit, I talked to a salesperson for an hour. Funny he didn't once mention a scheduled price increase. Extra Space Storage are such scammers. Be careful they will double your rent after a couple months.

Don't use. Will raise your rent without notice or reason. Will offer to lower your rate back to what it was before after you've been charged the higher rate, but then won't, hoping you won't check your account before your next due date so they can charge the higher rate again.
Buyer beware. Apparently there was an "issue" with my CC despite at least 3 successful initial payments. Extra Storage reached out via phone to notify me. After a few days, I reached out and left a VM to call me back. One week goes by, no call back. So again I reached out and left VM asking someone to call me back regarding a reported account issue. Finally, I get a call back later that day to be informed that my account is in delinquent status and I'm being charged a $40 late fee from Extra space storage in addition to a $... read more
