Recently moved and needed to store some personal belongings. So many options, and you don't really know if one is better than the other. Found Extra Space online and was filling out the form when Michelle called me. She walked me through the process, signing docs and sent me gate codes all within 10 minutes. We rented a 10x10 unit in between moving to a new home. The facility is well equipped, clean and I thought the rent was reasonable for such a nice facility. Office staff was very nice and accommodating.

My brother was going to pay for the unit ahead of time cause he had the money for it, but the lady at the front told him it was ok that he didn't have to that he still had days left. next day he got a msg saying he was behind on the payment we went back to pay but she said it was ok still. Now she's saying that we have to pay fees to be able to go into the unit. We can't even get our stuff out, Everytime we go to get things she's making us face expressions or she sees us parking and closes the location so we can't go in. Now... read more
