It's a storage unit property, there's not much to critique, the gates work, the storage unit opens up, that's simple enough. What earns my low review and why I caution anyone looking to rent a unit here is that in the 14 months I've rented, the storage units have risen from $81.76 a month (which I only got for the first 3 months), to $124.25 beginning in September 2024, and then recently to $159.01 in June 2025.
