***EDIT 12/02/2025: I spoke with the management at the facility, and they were able to offer me the standard rate for new rentals, which is far more reasonable than the price doubling. I appreciate the call, and I certainly appreciate you working to make it as right as you can. Otherwise, I've had nothing but a pleasant experience at this location. I had a fine experience while storing my items at Extra Space Storage (Champaign, IL). Signing up and getting assigned a space was easy and moving out was just a simple. I moved out with the help of Kim Scott, who made the process very simple and painless.
They have very patient staff, reliable services, and a perfect place to keep your stuff if I’m being honest!
Only because it’s not a 24 access they cut your lock off using the excuse it was backwards even when your not late they get in your storage for no reason an jack up the fees! no ty won’t ever go to this one in Martinsville again !!
Jessie was truly helpful! I would recommend booking storage here because of its easy mobile drive in and clean spaces !
