Jesse helped unlock our rental units door when it was frozen and cleaned out the snow from in front of our unit. He went above and beyond what he had to. Exceptional service and very sweet man.
Extra Space Storage was VERY easy to rent from, from using the kiosk to getting into the unit. they also call you and see if everything went well and if you needed any help. Darren is the one who called me and he was very friendly and professional. great place!
Not impressed with the prices, or how the prices increase QUITE OFTEN !!! However, I like the peace of mind of a gated property and customer service reps are always very nice, professional and go out of their way to help.
Extra Storage Space is amazing! The team is super friendly, quick, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. They’re always responsive and the pricing is great definitely one of the best value around. Highly recommend!
